With over 15 years at FastChangeCo, Philomena began her journey as an application developer, contributing to key systems such as SPOOF. Over time, she transitioned into the role of Business Analyst — a move that allowed her to fully leverage both her technical background and her talent for translating complex needs into clear requirements.

As a subject matter expert within the DMCE, Philomena is known for her commitment to precision and collaboration when it comes to defining requirements.
