As a valued member of Jeff Jones’ IT team, Terence has consistently supported proven methods. Although he may have reservations about some of the changes introduced by Michael Mueller and the Data Management Center of Excellence (DMCE), his technology expertise is undeniable.

Terence is a strong believer in the power of structured processes and the role of familiar tools. While he may be cautious about adapting to new approaches, his commitment to improving FastChangeCo remains steadfast.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Terence is passionate about soccer. He values the sense of community and authenticity in the sport. With the exception of having an occasional beer with Jeff, Terence believes in maintaining a clear balance between work and personal life, valuing the stability and structure that this brings.
