As a long-standing IT leader at FastChangeCo, Jeff has kept the company's infrastructure stable and up to date. From his perspective, the necessary systems for Business Intelligence are already in place — the real challenge lies in the ever-changing, often unrealistic demands from business departments.

Before joining FastChangeCo, Jeff worked in IT consulting, where he grew tired of the constant pressure to chase new technologies. At FastChangeCo, he’s found a balance — modernizing the IT landscape without compromising on stability.

Jeff remains skeptical of emerging trends in IT and business management, including agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and complex data modeling. In his view, most IT challenges are best solved by choosing the right software tools — not by reinventing processes.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Jeff prefers the comfort of a quiet evening with a good book. While he'll occasionally share a beer with colleagues like Terence, he generally prefers to keep work and personal life separate. He values consistency and is not one to follow the latest trends — whether in technology or everyday life.
